The life has changed a lot since the 1960s. Unfortunately, user manuals haven’t! When go to an art gallery or a museum, or when we buy a camera, a washing machine, a car or a medicine, we still deal with paper documentation, often black and white and often lacking details, sometimes even in languages we don’t understand! If we judge these documents useful at the minimum, they end up in a bag, a drawer or a wardrobe and we hardly ever come back to read them. This is a very wasteful process.
Coodoc is created to solve this problem.
Coodoc application gives you direct access to the most up to date documentation about your target. It keeps and organizes your guides, user manuals, installation manuals, maintenance documents, package leaflets, catalogs, etc. It also provides you additional information about your products and helps you where to buy the product for a second purchase or where to find spare parts or repairers.
• You can use Coodoc application to flash a bar code or a QR Code and get immediate access to the documentation you need.
• Once you find the information, Coodoc application allows you to keep it for further retrieval.
• If your documentation does not have a barcode or QR Code, you can just search for it - using keywords - among thousands of products shared by other users.
• The contact information you need is also embedded into the documentation and yes, your customer service is only a click away as you can call them or send them an email seamlessly.
• You can leave comments about a work of art, a place or a product, and other users can react to your comments or answer your question.
In the search menu you can select the products based on their categories, brands or manufacturers. When you find your product of interest, you can define it as a favorite, and then Coodoc application will keep it for you in your favorites collection. In this way, you don’t need to scan the QR Code of the product or search for it again.
Finally, using Coodoc you can save our planet by reducing the quantity of paper used for documentation which will most probably read only once!
